New Commercial-Northlake. TX
This was a new commercial building project, we applied a three coat hard cement stucco system. We framed the stucco with 66 casting beam, control joints, metal lath with whether proof paper, and corner beams. Then, we applied the scratch and brown coat. afterwards a base coat cement with a fiberglass mash, to tie everything perfectly. the next step was to applied a beautiful white fine maxi texture finishing coat, which was beautifully applied by true plasters.
Repair and Restoration- Dallas. TX
This project was a older existing building, the stucco on the entire building was damaged so we give it a complete make over. We repaired all of the existing stucco with a base coat mash application and applied a matching texture finishing coat. Then, we painted the entire building beautifully give it a entirely different look. we completely restored this building. We are very proud of this one, it really shows our love and passion we put into our projects.
On the Border- Garland, TX
On this project we demoed the brick on that entire right side wall of the building, and re placed it with eifs stucco. First we applied weatherproofing paper and installed the control joints perfectly. We used one and a half inch foam boards and fastened with two inch screws with washers and perfectly leveled it out with a rasping technique. afterwards applied the base coat cement and fiberglass mash application. Once all of that was done, we finished it all off with a skip trowel finish which was perfectly applied, and all of the stucco perfectly matched the rest of the stucco on the building. my clients were thrilled.
